Congratulations to our team member, Mrs. Leslie Grace Xu, on being selected for the 34th Senate District's 2022 Woman of Distinction Award!
Leslie Grace Xu is our former Case Manager dedicating herself to helping families with children with developmental disabilities. Mrs. Xu demonstrated commitment to bringing the much-needed resources to the families we serve while motivating and encouraging them to advocate for themselves. Her dedication and proactive involvement contributed greatly to the culture of service at our organization. Mrs. Xu was vital to this program as she collaborated with one of our community partners to provide developmental screenings for children in the community so that parents had access to support their needs. She helped parents with the development of an Individual Program Plan or an Individual Family Service Plan, enrollment for generic resources, and access to Regional Center services.
